Mindfulness Yin Yoga Therapy
(特別適合有情緒困擾或備試學生)
小組綜合正念(Mindfulness) 和陰瑜伽 (Yin Yoga) 兩個部分,讓學生專注當下,覺知覺察。學習深度放鬆,對青少年身心健康及減壓非常有效。
陰瑜伽以道家哲學融合中醫學經絡的理論,強調身心及肌肉放鬆,
讓學生維持伸展動作約3-5分鐘,學習靜心觀照自己身體和情緒,
調節神經系統,柔軟結締組織,釋放內在壓力。
配合正念訓練 (有意識覺察/ 專注當下/ 不做判斷),
讓學生在過程中聆聽身體每個部份的聲音,全然接納自我。
小組透過一系列關注身心健康的練習,協助學生由認識、
了解到感受自身情緒,學習平靜心靈的技巧。
除柔軟度及改善身體機能外,有效提升學生對身心認知,
對情緒控制及人際關係有很大幫助。

Yin Yoga Therapy (especially suitable for students with emotional difficulties or preparing for exams)
The group combines Mindfulness and Yin Yoga, allowing students to focus on the present moment and be aware of their thoughts and feelings. Learning deep relaxation is highly effective for the mental and physical health of young people, helping to reduce stress.
Yin Yoga integrates the philosophy of Taoism and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine meridians. It emphasizes physical and mental relaxation and muscle relaxation. Students maintain stretching poses for about 3-5 minutes, learning to focus on observing their body and emotions, regulating their nervous system, and releasing internal pressure. In combination with Mindfulness training (conscious awareness, present moment focus, non-judgmental attitude), the students listen to the voice of every part of their body, and fully accept themselves.
Through a series of exercises that focus on mental and physical health, the group helps students learn to recognize, understand, and feel their own emotions, and learn techniques to calm their minds. In addition to improving flexibility and physical functions, it effectively enhances students' self-awareness, emotional control, and interpersonal relationships.

Minfulness Flow yoga (Vinyasa/Hatha)
流瑜伽包括各種動態及靜態式子,配合呼吸以達到平衡身心的效果。
練習方式具有舞蹈的流暢性,學生會學習以正念與動作同步,覺知自己在呼吸的同時轉換動作。
專注身心連結,提升自身的覺知以及情緒穩定性,以不批判的態度,接納身心。
練習者能獲得全方位的身體鍛鍊,調節全新系統,改善血液循環,提高免疫力及提升平衡力及專注力。
流瑜伽體式編排循序漸進地打開練習者身體的各個部位,透過適度的力量及伸展訓練,能夠激發身體系統的活力。

Flow Yoga includes various dynamic and static poses, combined with breath to achieve a balance of body and mind. The practice has the fluidity of dance, and students learn to synchronize mindfulness with movement, becoming aware of their breath while transitioning between poses. Focusing on the connection between body and mind, it enhances self-awareness and emotional stability, accepting oneself without judgment.
Practitioners can obtain comprehensive physical exercise, regulate the nervous system, improve blood circulation, enhance immunity, balance, and focus. The sequence of Flow Yoga postures gradually opens up different parts of the body, stimulating the body's vitality through moderate strength and stretching training.

親子瑜伽班
Parent-Child Yoga Class
(1位家長和1位小童同時進行)
導師會教授有趣生動的二人瑜珈動作,透過親子間身體的接觸和溝通,創造動態的親子時光,親子關係更親密。 活動訓練小朋友的平衡力以及手腳協調能力,大人的柔軟度和專注力亦可提升。過程中小朋友能學習正面思維,透過正面方式表達及平靜情緒。

(Every child must be accompanied by an adult)
Through games, music, and fun and lively yoga movements, the parent and child can stretch together, creating dynamic parent-child time and cultivating trust and intimacy between them. The activity trains the child's balance and limb coordination, while the parent's flexibility and focus can also be improved.
The course includes parent-child mandala painting, creating mandalas together, inspiring imagination and conveying emotions. Children can use painting to feel, express, and balance their inner emotions, while learning to express emotions to their parents in an appropriate way.
