Kickboxing / Muay Thai / Boxing / Self-Defense Training

 訓練包括基本擊靶及競技要素,提升學生的體能、反應、心肺耐力、節奏感及協調能力等。課堂內容會按照學生能力制定,提供中或高強度訓練,藉此改善學生身體質素,鍛鍊意志品質,提高抗壓能力。

Training includes basic target hitting and competitive elements, improving students' physical fitness, reflexes, cardiovascular endurance, rhythm sense, and coordination abilities. 

 

Content of the course will be tailored to the students' abilities, providing medium or high-intensity training to improve their physical quality, exercise willpower, and enhance their ability to withstand pressure.

 

- Hand and foot target training

- Punches, kicks, elbows, knees

- Physical fitness training

- Simulated competition practice

Pilates

 

普拉提旨於訓練身體中央部位的深層肌肉群,即腹部、背部和臀部,強健身體同時減少腹部脂肪。學生們如姿勢不良,肩頸腰等會出現問題,嚴重的更會有脊柱側彎、椎間盤突出的現象,透過練習有效改善姿勢及舒緩痛症。

-腰背柔韌度練習

-健體及塑身動作練習

Pilates aims to train the deep muscles of the central part of the body, including the abdomen, back, and hips, to strengthen the body while reducing abdominal fat. Poor posture can cause problems with the shoulders, neck, and waist, and can even lead to scoliosis or herniated discs. Pilates effectively improves posture and relieves pain through practice.

Karate

秉承 「 順道制勝 」 的宗旨,以正確觀念為起點,

讓小朋友*及青少年勤奮練習空手道知識及技巧,以謙遜為態度,

以勝利為目標,帶領學生建立良好修養。

 

 

團隊屬於 "沖繩剛柔流空手道協會" 轄下道場,

亦為香港空手道總會註冊空手道屬會及

深圳市空手道協會道場會員。

教練均有香港空手道總會及香港教練培訓委員會教練資格。

 

*3歲以上可以參與

 

-空手道禮儀及紀律

-形 /套拳 

-馬步移動

-攻防動作

-組手/自由搏擊(10歲以上)

-定期升帶考試

Adhering to the principle of "winning by following the path," starting with the correct concept,

children and teenagers diligently practice karate knowledge and skills with a humble attitude and

a goal of victory, leading students to establish good character.

 

The team belongs to the "Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Association" dojo, which is also a registered karate association of the Hong Kong Karate Federation and a dojo member of the Shenzhen Karate Association.

Coaches have qualifications from the Hong Kong Karate Federation and the Hong Kong Coach Training Committee.

 

*Children over 3 years old can participate.

- Offensive and defensive movements

- Kumite (sparring) / Free fighting (for ages 10 and above)

- Regular belt promotion exams

兒童體適能

Child Fitness

透過互動遊戲及訓練,鍛鍊兒童肌肉控制能力、柔軟度和平衡能力,使學生認識自己身體,啟發創造力。除了訓練大小肌肉及四肢協調外,訓練旨在培養兒童對運動的興趣及團隊合作精神,有助於兒童身心發展。

Through interactive games and training, children's muscle control, flexibility, and balance are trained, allowing students to get to know their bodies and inspire creativity.
